Dennis Howard, Head of Coutts Crown Dependencies

Dennis joined as Head of Coutts Crown Dependencies in June 2023.


Over the last 16 years he has held Private Banker and leadership roles across both the domestic and international businesses of Coutts. Most recently, he led the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific markets, specialising in UHNW non-resident and resident non-domiciled clients.


Throughout his career with Coutts, Dennis has leveraged the benefit that Coutts enjoys from being part of the NatWest Group, worked closely with colleagues across the Group and was previously the Global Co-Chair of Enable – the Bank’s employee-led network for disability.


Dennis has also built up a strong external network over the years, collaborating with other leading professional advisers to help clients navigate the complexities of their multi-jurisdictional status. 

In 2017, 2019 and 2022 he was listed by Private Asset Management as one of their top 40 under 40. 

Outside work, Dennis likes to keep fit and travel with his husband and two dogs.

Annie Ingram,
International Markets Lead

Annie joined Coutts Crown Dependencies leadership team in April 2024.


As International Markets Lead, Annie is responsible for leading the international proposition and providing global wealth management solutions to Coutts Crown Dependencies’ international clients, implementing the skills and knowledge she has developed from her experience working across many jurisdictions.


Annie first joined the NatWest Group in 2006 and moved to Coutts in 2017 as a Private Banker. Here, she specialised in ultra-high-net-worth non-resident and resident non-domiciled clients, with a particular focus on the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Annie has built a comprehensive and multi-facetted global network of clients and partners during trips to these regions. Throughout her career, Annie has had the privilege of establishing meaningful relationships with exceptional clients, assisting multi-generation families with holistic financial structuring.


Outside of work, Annie loves to travel and indulge her interest in architecture. She is happiest when spending time outdoors, on the water, and hiking with her dog George.

Kellie Christian, Local Markets Lead

Kellie joined Coutts Crown Dependencies in September 2024 as Local Markets Lead. She leads our Private Bankers and Wealth Managers across Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, bringing over 25 years’ experience across banking and investments.

Kellie is known for aligning teams, navigating change, and delivering results in complex environments. For Kellie, leadership starts with the client; creating the conditions where people can do their best work, and where collaboration leads to better outcomes.

Based in Jersey, Kellie offers deep expertise across private clients, trusts and intermediaries, both locally and internationally. She is particularly focused on enhancing the client experience, strengthening relationships, and making change feel clear and achievable.

Outside work, Kellie spends her time with her two energetic children or on the beach with her equally energetic Cocker Spaniel.

Tina Carter,
Client Acquisition Team Lead

Tina joined Coutts Crown Dependencies in 2017 and heads up the Client Acquisition team. She has over 40 years’ experience in the banking sector and has spent the past 20 years working in many areas of NatWest Group, including RBS International, NatWest International and Coutts Crown Dependencies. An experienced Private Banker and Relationship Manager, Tina brings a wealth of experience knowledge from straight forward banking through to more complex lending solutions for both corporate and personal clients.


As Client Acquisition Team Lead, Tina is responsible for bringing the Coutts Crown Dependencies proposition to market. Working in conjunction with Coutts UK and intermediaries, Tina’s focus is on the local market and identifying opportunities for wider Internationally based clients.


It has always been important to Tina to build strong, lasting, intelligent relationships with her clients and to be one of their trusted advisers. She feels it is crucial to take time to understand a clients’ needs which in turn helps her to understand the strategic directions they may be taking. Tina can then work in partnership with them and their other professional advisers, rather than just being seen as their ‘banking/investment’ provider, to help them to achieve their goals. This is just as important whether working for private client or intermediary relationships.


Tina has gained her CISI Diploma in Investment Advice.


Outside work, Tina enjoys keeping fit and spending time with her family and her dog, Jett.
